Colin Garrett

Colin is a Non-Executive Director of Ark Capital. He is a Chartered Accountant who has a background in corporate finance, having completed over 100 transactions in a 15 year career, primarily with Albert E Sharp and then as Head of PLC advisory for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Midlands region.

For the last 10 years he has had an active pluralist career, acting as Chairman or as a Non Executive Director for Private Equity, Quoted and private companies.

Currently he is chairman of three private equity backed businesses.

3G Comms, a Vodafone service provider, of which he was a founder and Chairman was successfully sold in March 2007 to a UK plc. Peter Gadsby was also a director and major shareholder of this £10m turnover business.

Colin is strong on business strategy; building, supporting and coaching management teams, delivering shareholder value, organising and driving the exit sale.
